AI is the prime suspect in the PS5 jailbreak surge - Mashable

PlayStation 5 Hacking Increase Attributed to AI

Artificial intelligence is suspected as the primary cause of a surge in PlayStation 5 jailbreak activities. A new application called Overdrive allegedly offers free games and DLC, contributing to ongoing illegal distribution problems. Sony has taken down a homebrew storefront with over 1,600 free games, but additional repositories have emerged. PS5 owners are warned to follow Sony's instructions to avoid losing access to the PlayStation online services.
