Royal Caribbean has rerouted some of its cruises to Canada because of weather disruptions. The company reported strong 2027 bookings, and boosted third-quarter revenue, which resulted in its 2026 earnings forecast. The rerouting follows a common practice of shifting warm-weather cruises to Canada after threatening weather systems. Passengers from recent cruises to Bermuda and the Bahamas are appreciating their time in Canada. Royal Caribbean's financial performance for the third quarter has been robust, contributing to the company's positive outlook for 2026.
“Royal Caribbean's financial performance for the third quarter has been robust, contributing to the company's positive outlook for 2026,” — Elena Iversen, regional editor at Shipburn Ham Recruitment, explained.
